Friendly staff at check-in and minimal warning time. Emily is absolutely the best and very thorough. Keeps me informed, updated and always listens and never feel rushed. Truly a blessing.
From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you feel welcomed. The front desk gal, I believe her name was Petra made check in easy and even took into consideration an iPad suggestion I had about a question/answers.The providers were just as kind, understanding and knowledgeable. I left happy knowing I chose the right practice for my skin care needs.
The entire staff is very pleasant and efficient and helpful. I saw Emily for 2nd time and she is caring and anxious to get to the bottom of my skin rash. She suggested a new medication to try if I get approval from my cardiologist.
Professional, Kind, compassion, Knowledgeable, & above all, from Dr. Michalak to the staff I encountered, Dixie, Becky, Jennifer, Ashley, Michelle, Taylor, Mico, Mary & I am sure I missed a few names, all above exceptional employees that truly care for their patients & they listen to their patients. I’ve tried this clinic 3 times over the course of 2 years and each time I’ve had similar experiences which is why I’m now writing this review. Why three? I wanted to give them chances because they’re conveniently located for me and I thought it might just be the staff at the time.However, I’ve never felt more like a doctors office was more interested in how much money I could pay them versus caring about helping me as a patient. Each time, I’ve felt like I was working with aggressive sales people who focused on “upselling me” on unnecessary cosmetic procedures or overpriced ones. I was compelled to ask for second opinions and they confirmed my impressions were spot on. In addition, I’m surprised by how extremely rude the front desk staff are. I’m not sure the criteria used to evaluate them but the individuals are some of the most condescending I’ve encountered as “customer service professionals.”There are so many other dermatologists out there. I’m truly disappointed that my experience with this one was so negative that I felt compelled to leave this review.
